1. Services Provided
Shining Armor provides residential and commercial cleaning services across Scarborough and the GTA. This includes general cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and office or clinic cleaning. All services are customized based on client needs and the condition of the space.
2. Booking & Scheduling
Appointments can be made online via our website or by phone.
• Minimum 24 hours’ notice is required for changes or cancellations.
• No-shows or same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
3. Payment Terms
• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept cash, e-transfer, and online payment via our booking system.
• For recurring services, invoices may be issued weekly or monthly.
4. Pricing & Quotes
Prices listed on our website are base estimates and may vary depending on the size, condition, and specific needs of the property.
Final quotes may be adjusted upon inspection or service walkthrough.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the area at no extra cost.
Applies to services completed as scheduled, not due to condition-related limitations.
6. Health & Safety
• Clients must ensure safe entry and access to the property.
• We reserve the right to decline service in hazardous, unsanitary, or unsafe environments.
• Our staff is trained in safe cleaning practices and disinfection procedures.
7. Property Access & Liability
• Clients must provide accurate entry instructions and disclose any alarms or pets.
• We are not liable for existing damage or wear-and-tear on surfaces, fixtures, or items during cleaning.
• Any fragile or high-value items should be secured in advance.
8. Privacy Policy
All client information is kept confidential and used solely for communication, service, and marketing purposes related to Shining Armor.
9. Modifications
Shining Armor reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and apply to future bookings.
