At Shining Armor Cleaning, we strive to provide exceptional cleaning services and ensure your satisfaction. Please read our refund policy carefully:

    1.    Cancellations:

    •    Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund.
   •    Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the service may incur a partial charge to cover scheduling and travel costs.

    2.    Rescheduling:

    •    If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred date and time.

    3.    Service Issues:

    •    If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours. We will work with you to address the issue, either by offering a re-clean or a partial refund, depending on the circumstances.

    4.    Non-Refundable Services:

    •    Any deposits or flat-rate bookings that include special offers may be non-refundable.

    5.    How to Request a Refund:

    •    To request a refund, please contact us at info@shiningarmor.ca with your booking details and reason for the request. Our team will review and respond promptly.
